Soon to be finally starting up a podcast called The Tech Couch. Originally me and a friend were going to try to start up a UK version of Diggnation, in the summer of 09. But since then we haven’t had the chance, or money to start setting up an area to do it, and getting the equipment, so we decided to start with a podcast and see how it progresses. It will be recorded from a Skype conference between us, and many ideas have sprung, such as other Skype users with PC / Mac problems … call up and we do our best to solve them. We have chosen areas of which we feel more comfortable in, he prefers web 2.0 and software… and i have chosen the more physical side of things, product reviews and new products out or changes to certain products, but overall on the ideas that we have, it should be good. It will be weekly, probably every Friday, and we are looking to have it at around 30mins. It’s a first timer thing for both of us, so it will take some time to get used to it, but im sure we will settle in just fine… And hopefully, by Summer 2010, we will be able to move on from just a podcast, and onto a Vlog type thing. Much more like diggnation. We still need to a logo, so any help on that would be great, maybe come up with some ideas, and we will pick the best one and use it for the show. Stay tuned, as 2010 has some great things to offer on my behalf.
